Studies in buoyancy

A mylar balloon was left behind after a show at the museum. I tried to see if I could get it to be neutrally buoyant, neither rising or sinking as it moved through the space. Initial attempts with coins and tape worked somewhat well, but the balloon tended to be unstable. A brief ride in a hot air balloon with gave me the idea of attaching a basket for stability.
